    last month i set aside my boxing triaining for 2 weeks to try and bulk up a little to gain some weight and a little more power i moved from 140-147. my chest grew rather well along with my arms and back. BUT when i was happy with my improvments i went back to boxing and it felt all wrong as if i didnt have my normal fast jabs or my left hook anymore. everything felt akward and outta place, i know it prbly because of taking the 2 weeks off and not training but i was also wondering if the added bulk could be the pr*** and im not adjusted to it yet er somthing along that lines.

    it was the 2 weeks off of not doing any boxing training so you feel like your just getting back into the mix of things. Also 7lbs in 2 weeks is alot of weight to gain in that short of time. Most ppl strive to gain 1.5lbs a week while trying to bulk

      yea i shouldnt really have gained all that wieght at once,i i like the results just hope i get get back to normal i gain 3 pouns the first week and 3.5 the next i was 140.5lbs when i started.
