Well I dont live anywhere near you but If I ever make it up there I would be glad to teach you proper technique, form, balance, and head movment because you are definately lacking in all of those departments... Sorry to tell you but you have a ton to work on.

Have you ever had an amatuer fight or for that matter any real training??

Brian, you're welcome to drop by any gym in Seattle, any time, if you're looking for someone to spar with. Bumble Bee is open from 6-9 every night; it's an easy ferry ride to downtown. Cappy's has martial-arts-type classes with open sparring afterwards; the shape you appear to be in, though, the class might leave you in less-than-fighting condition. No offense. Also, check out Summit Boxing Club in Puyallup; their coach is hardcore. Closer to you, the Tacoma Boxing Club is world class. Ring Sports in Bellevue is a VERY nice facility.

You've got to put the effort out there, though. I live in Gig Harbor but I train in Seattle. And on that, I've got to get out of here.

How big are you? Maybe you could help me out. I just box guys who are interested in boxing. I know I have things to work on. There's a guy on youtube called 206Boxing who wanted to fight me, but he wimped out and won't answer any of my messages.
