    HELP ME PLEASE I wana know how many calories I burn training.

    This is my routine.
    3 sets ten pushups switching betwen 3 sets 10 jumpin jacks
    2 round rounds of abouts in ring ou know runing around sideways in circles in the ring switching directions
    1 round sit ups
    1 round jump rope
    4 round shadowboxing

    How many calories would that be? Thats on a typical training day.

    Now tell me how many calories for this

    all i know is that 1 mins of skipping apparently burns off 5/6 calories.

      work it out for yourself. no one on here is gonna add it all up and do it for you. what the hell its 1 round of sit ups? it could mean anything. also you cant mesure everything because sometime you put a less effort in than you do other times, henz buring different cals.

                im still not walking straight lol i was on cider and blue wkd last night n i was awake at 5 this moring, i think that a record for me.
