  • Bad Training Day Today-Need Help!

I didn't go to sleep last night, so I've been awake for nearly 24 hours now. I started this morning off at about 7:15, eating about 2 bowls of cereal, and that went outside to get some work done.

I wore long sleeves and a sweatshirt for sweating purposes. I hit the bag for about an hour and a half. After I was done I hydrated and went for a run about 1 mile. I came back and knocked out some situps and pushups, and hydrated. I started jumping rope and did that for about a half hour non-stop.

When I was all done, I was sweating profusely, which was good because I wanted to sweat alot. So as I was about to go back inside, I got really nauseous and began throwing up all my breakfast. I came inside, showered, downed a small bottle of gatorade, and some water, and I feel fine now.

Is it bad that I went all this time without sleep, or is it because I ate breakfast right before I started doing physical stuff?

I'd say a little bit of both, but eating that much just before a highly intense exercise is not going to go down well and more likely to come back up. Also that is pretty intense workout if you hadn't slept, you couldn't possibly have been drinking as well?

No, no drinking for me. I think it was the combination of both I guess. I didn't feel tired the night before so I just didn't sleep figuring I could get outside earlier than if I slept, now I just have a headache.

Training,Diet,REST should be above all if your serious about boxing, once or twice a month I allow my self a night out partying but no matter the situation the next morning Im sweating that booze out in my roadwork and by lunchtime it's like it never happened.

Headaches are often caused by dehydration. Drink some Gatorade and continue to drink water throughout the day.
