still going at it rather strong. in a gym, bout to hit 2 hour-long classes today. its pretty intense interval training. the heavy bag at my other gym is still ****ing down tho!!! i don't think ima post any vids until i start sparring (3 weeks). my body is def. beginning to change. i've gotten taller by about an inch 1/2 and i've added several pounds of muscle. my body weight is now in the 180-185 range instead of the 175-180 range. i take creatine but those weigh-ins are after a good cardio/sweat session so they're pretty acccurat, as Bush might say.

and i think ill take pics after the second class today. im sure they'll be a HUGE (especially then) diff. between the ones taken, like, 20 days ago.

don't know why, but i took these in pitch dark at 6:30 this morning with just flash.. takes a little away from the definition of the muscle (especially in the 2nd pic) but i can still see progress and feel it (really feel it).

i think you should either drop down to 130 or stay where youre at and train harder then tyson in his prime
