  • Old School Weight Loss trick from my past...

Everyone wants to lose a few pounds, but those first few or last few pounds (and stubborn inches that come with them) can be a real nuisance. Trouble areas include the thighs, buttocks and tummies, and are often an issue for both women and men. Well, there's a secret that's been used in the boxing industry for decades that can help these trouble spots. For those who need to lose the last five pounds, or to help motivate those who want to lose the first five, Albolene Makeup Remover, applied to the skin before a workout, can help increase perspiration to help minimize these trouble spots. So, take the Albolene challenge to help zip up a favorite pairs of jeans or slip more comfortably into that body-hugging dress...in just a week!

Albolene was used in Gleasons and other NY Gyms by Lamotta, Robinson, Ortiz and Old School Guys by the truck load. Walmart carries this Training Trick and all should take advantage of it.

You and I have had to make weight and been to gyms and my second gym for instance no one ever heard about it. It was a white collar *** gym and my first was ****** though. My first gym a 16 year old kid beat the number three guy in the country in Nationals and barely lost to the number one guy in the USA a few months back by the way. He is now far superior to my 21-5 feat from the nineties.lol

There's a BIG difference between losing water weight to make a weigh in, and fat loss to fit a pair of jeans. In the former, you gain every ounce back when you take liquid in after the weighin. So this "old school weight loss trick from the 90'ies" (geez...) is next to useless for fatloss.

          Get your facts straight!

Is this a joke and if not, does it only apply to fat bastard's, or does it work for skinny boxers who wanna cut weight.
