    What kind of ankle weights if any do most of u more
    experienced boxers use.
    I have some but they're pretty ****ty

    I don't really use ankle weights nowadays, i used to wear 1.5kg and 3kg ones, but now i simply rely on weighted hill running, normal running and weightraining for developing leg strength.

    A cautionary note: Be careful how you go up and down stairs wearing ankle weights.
