probly something along the lines of:
sparring
heavy bag
mitts
speed bag
double end bag
more sparring
roadwork
conditioning
i doubt he (or any other fighters or camps) have any secrets that no one knows or has been using. there are a ton of different exercises and things to do when training for a fight, its about how hard and how dedicated he is to the work, rather than the exact "to-the-tee" routine that ur looking for. i dont think u will find his exact routine anyway cuz i doubt they post a fighters training camp details on the internet for the other fighter to see, and also i doubt he is doing a set-in-stone regimen day in and day out. i'm sure they switch it up often to keep him fresh and hungry...
