  • my FUGGING back

    I just took 2 weeks off because I injured my back. This is the second time in 3 months that i have gotten an injury so painful it would wake me out of a deep sleep all the time. Once again yesterday after a 2 hour sick workout sure enough laying in bed last night I feel it tightening up and this morning i feel a pulling from the base of my neck down to my lower back. One side of the back muscles that run up and down the length of the back. Any tips on what i might need to strengthen or what. I am so ****ing sick of this.

    Sorry to hear about your injury bro!

    First up, you need to give the back some complete rest. Man, I know how frustrating that is, specially when all you wanna do is just train!

    I've had similar strains before where I felt this unsual pulling sensation from my neck to the lower back. Then other parts of my back would start to ache because they're compensating for the strained muscles.

    I basically rested and did regular stretching exercises 3 times a day for 15 minutes a time. After 7 -10 days I was able to start strenthening the back again.

    Check out this website bro, it's got some stretches for the upper and lower back.

      go see a chiropractor

        Doesn't sound like his spine is playing up so a physio would be much better to massage it out and give you a few different stretches to do so you get healed nice and quickly

            ma man.. if any1s experience bad back pain.. its me.. its a pain in the ass. but like rest for 2 days.. then do sum supermans, bird dogs and cat stretches

              Doc is where you should be going.

              You possibly have a buldged disk, my dad had very similar **** except he had 3 of them.
