I just took 2 weeks off because I injured my back. This is the second time in 3 months that i have gotten an injury so painful it would wake me out of a deep sleep all the time. Once again yesterday after a 2 hour sick workout sure enough laying in bed last night I feel it tightening up and this morning i feel a pulling from the base of my neck down to my lower back. One side of the back muscles that run up and down the length of the back. Any tips on what i might need to strengthen or what. I am so ****ing sick of this.
