Its not so much a diet its just im trying to eat healthy. 2 months ago i was eating maybe 3 or 4 bars of chocolate a day and bottles of fizzy drink (soda). Then i went on holiday and basically stopped eating chocolate altogether and drank fizzy drinks only sometimes. Now im home again and ive been trying to cut down on things and ive made a chart of what ive eaten this week and then il try and improve it and so on every week. But i wanted to know how often i could eat a bar of a chocolate. Once every 2 days?? Once a week?? Once every 2 weeks. Seeing this is my first week i didnt expect it to be perfect and i was right. I was eating small muffins and ice cream nearly every day and on Friday i drank a bottle of wine and on Saturday smoked some blow. And on both Friday and Saturday i ate take away food. So definitly something there to improve on!!

No re read what i wrote i said i used to do that. Ive only drank water this week apart from Friday where i drank about 250mls of coke and a bottle of wine cause i was at my friends house. Plus ice ceram isnt THAT unhealthy and there mini muffins. And "im not making much of a difference"? Hows that if before i was eating 3 or 4 bars of chocolate and sweets aswell EVERY DAY and drinking fizzy drinks EVERY DAY. Must be making some sort of difference!

Im dead strict during the week and allow myelf a few treats during the weekend.During the week im either at work, training or doing cardio and then Im sleeping so really with no time to sit around im not tempted. And I find that in doing that, relaxing with a few friends and having a brew and some pizza,is ok just dont eat your self outta your weight class or within 5% or your fighting weight.I also find eating properly during the week has benefits of increasing production in the gym, eating crap all day and then trying to perform just doesnt add up for me.
PS. ******* is not part of a healthy diet

I'd say that you have made a good start, there's no point going all out on some diet to then give in and binge for a week. I say start slow and what you have done is great. I was eating/ drinking a lot of **** but have knocked it down by just taking a bit more out each week, buy your total candy/ treats/ coke whatever at the start of the week and set your self to only eat this bad food max for the week. That way if you binge you will have nothing left to eat till the next week.
Also if your like me you ate this stuff at night time while watching some tv, just before bed do another set or two of your pushups and situps and other exercises. So you get your metabolism going again for when you go to bed so you don't suddenly get this large amount of calories just sitting in your stomach while you sleep. Keep it up man your body will thank you.

I think it's madness to try and completely cut out chocolate, fatty puddings etc from your diet. I've tried this (as has almost every woman on the planet, and you mostly find that you crave fatty foods so badly you binge. You need quite a bit of fat in your diet and i seriously don't think having 2 bars of chocolate per week will do much harm. At that level what you're doing in your training will be more important.
You can reduce your fat intake dramatically by subtly changing your habits.
Instead of having white bread toast with butter have soda bread with low fat spread
Instead of having 10 chocolate digestives dipped in your tea, try having 3 or 4 when you're craving a fatty hit.
Over time if you stay committed you can probably cut more fat out, but i reckon you'll be amazed at how in shape you can get by making little changes here and there. I'm about 9% body fat now and i still drink once/twice a week (binges) and eat a diet that's more like a normal persons than the protein fest you see on here.
