That's mighty dumb of you, to turn the argument like that.

The weight gainers are checked by the government agencies on the side effects and if any of them would have had these side effects it would have been known.

Otherwise it is innocent until proven guilty, especially since the penis shrinking(actually balls, not penis) is always associated with andro and other anobolic steroids.

So please, keep your ignorance to yourself.

        WOW.....

        Weight Gain shakes work.

Some are good for you and some are absolutely terrible for you.

Weight Gain shakes will be different than protein shakes. They will be jammed packed with calories. most of it will be from fat and saturated fat. the cholesterol levels are usually very very high..... the protein will be about the same as a serving of muscle milk, myoplex, or isopure.......

there is no magic... and there is no "government tests". just erad the labels like your food...

              ^^ Is this legit?

What type of workouts do I have to do with this? I can't go to the gym or buy weight machines, no money for it.

All I got is to do pushups, crunches, box on my heavy bag and lift the weight blocks to help my forearms and biceps and chest....

              good enough?

That one seems pretty good but if you dont go to a gym and actually work your muscles it probably will not be as effective as staying home and doing crunches and push ups unless you are working really hard because those weight gainers have a lot of calories and carbs so if your not working out hard enough it will be almost useless

The true irony of this is sitting back and thinking that, if indeed protein shakes and weight gain shakes did make your package smaller, then why would so many of us, and the rest of those who want to be in shape, go for them? I don't get it. Haha.
