Alright, so lets say I buy a tub of this stuff. I take a half cup of it daily and mix it with ice cream, water or whatever I am allowed to mix it with and it will help me gain pounds weekly?
If I do this while doing pushups and crunches(crunches to help get rid of my stomach fat) and lifting the weight blocks(the rectangle blocks you put on machines) will this get me in shape?
^ That's me, but a little taller and replace the abs with some stomach fat(not pot belly ****, but you know some fat there) and smaller biceps.
Will doing what I said above get me where the kid Floyd is at cuz I know duke aint benchin or anything, cuz boxers in lower weight classes shouldn't/can't do that bodybuilding stuff?
Like I said before, I got a high metabolism and I will stay in the ****ing 140-150lb range probably forever unless I can get some help. why the **** is my metabolism so high? the way I eat, I should be at least 200lbs.
Eating a surplus of healthy calories will help u gain mass.While eating a surplus of junk calories (ie simple carbs) will cause fat gains.Simple math eat more caloires then u burn you will say its not possible but stick to clean healthy whole foods that are calories dense.
Na he prolly isnt talkin about protien powders, i think you mite be talkin about weight gainers,the difference between the two is that weight gainers have a lot more carbs than protien powder does and it also has protien in it, and none of that is bad for you livers or kidney....NONE, you can try True Mass that is made by BSN, or just go to a GNC and they'd be glad to show you more.
