1-1 1/2 for boxing but sometimes I do other stuff once i tried to Yoga like 1 hr and then swam about 1 hr and went boxing after swim by 2 hr and did boxing 1 1/2 hr so i could trian pretty good it wasnt effective.

My gym is open from 6 until 8pm. Im in there start to finish.

me too. 2 hours mon-fri then probly like an hour to hour and a half saturday, sometimes a light 30-40 min workout on sundays, if im not burned out.

Nah! Burn outs!!? Not allowed!! i have to stay for the full 2 hours or i get shouted at! haha. I've been known to puke a couple of times.
I'm a 22 year old man and i get shouted at. But still.. i appreciate it.
From start to finish i've got to do every round and observe every break during that 2 hours. At the end we have the facilities to have a sauna if you want, but i don't do that too often.
