    It's good times. Had it happen to me Wednesday, and I'm just now able to walk around semi-normally.

    Speaking of solar plexis. That is totally a vulnerable area for me. If you had to pick ONE exercise to strengthen it, what would it be?

      ab wheel rollouts (from feet), or from knees, if u cant do from ur feet

        Ab wheel. Thats one of my favorites. Still doing it from knees. It hurts my lower back alot when doing it from feet. I dont do planks often enough ill do that more.

          They have us use the ab wheel at the gym. I didn't really know what it was for, other than it felt like injecting razors into my lower back. But man, when you get hit there, you know it.
