Arrive at the gym at about 6:30 stretch and wrap up while waiting for trainer then do warmup exercise (starjumps, leg raises etc..)for about 15 minutes, some boxing offence, defence and footwork drills for 30 minutes, then we do about 4-6 rounds of sparring, then jump on the pads for another 30 minutes.. and spend about 10 minutes each on the heavy bag, speedball, and double end.. finish off with about 10 minutes of skipping then pushups and situps until he says we can leave..

May not be as much as some people say they do but are training is very strict theres no drink breaks, and most of the time no rests during rounds.. so its pretty much nonstop.

i think that is what you would like to do but there no way you fit that all in, in a day 40round x3 mins in 120 mins punching straing, add the 1 min rest in that 160 mins 6 miles say another 60 mins (if you can do keep the 1 mile for 10 min pace up) so thats 220 mins, 30 min jump rope add up agen 250 mins and say the pull ups ect take you another 230 mins that 280 mins not including the rest you have say bettween you run and skipping ect ... that like 5 hours work straingt are you a pro boxer or somein? because i beat it takes you at least 6 or even 7 hours a day to do all that. i beat you dont do all that
