Heavy Bag Gloves???

I have bought a 80 lb. bag, I was wondering if I should get the high-performance training gloves or just some regular heavy bag glove. I would probablly want some 16-20 oz. gloves. But I'm really new to the game, so I was wondering what you would suggest.
