    Hey ive written like a 15 page essay already about how im not getting to go to the gym as much anymore and was wondering if someone had any idea of what i should do at home. I dont have much apart from household items to train with lol apart from a long strong ruber band thingy. I cant remember what its called properly its actualy a training device thing and also a medecing ball. Ive heard lying back on the ground and holding your feet 6 inches off the ground for as long as possible is good for you but i want someone elses view on what i should be doing daily to make myself stronger and more defined. I'm already doing the eating thing so i dont get too unfit because seriously road work bores the hell out of me lol so im not exactly doing much too keep fit. I should start i know. So, ideas??

    well in my garage i pretty much have my own little gym..treadmill, exercycle, punching bag, speed bag and a benchpress along with dumbells and a stability ball oh and i think your talking about resistance bands..but you should do hella sit ups, push ups, pull ups and shadowbox till you can get a punching bag and all of that

        I never thought of Shadow Boxing... dam im slow lmao. Thanks il do that!!! I already do push ups and sit ups but i have nothing to do pull ups on. Might buy a pull up bar!

          or just do it on a tree..i do..or sometimes when i run (well where im at) theres a park i have to pass and i sometimes stop to put in about 20-30 pull ups and continue running..
