so to sum it all up, if i weight train the correct way, then my punch will HAVE to get more powerful right???... i mean, as opposed to doing just bodyweight exercises

I never bothered with weights because I figured your punch gets stronger with the larger resistants of a bag..

i heard someother guy say this in another thread but you build your power up on a heavy bag cuz u wanna make it move and u have to hit pretty damn hard to make one move.

hit the heavy bag as hard as you can for the hole 3 min round and your punch will get heavier for sure
