when ur in ur stance, ur arms are way to wide apart, and y the hell is ur head so high up, and when u punch, it goes even higher!! bring ur hands back to ur face dont let them drift low and tighten up ur stance a little bit, lower ur center of gravity. work on head movement, u look like a bobble head doll, no offense, ur head is moving side to side but ur body is stationary. thats a big NO-NO!! ur head should move with ur body and ur legs like tick-tock. nice handspeed though. def room for improvement, but there is much potential. get to a gym, unless u already go to one...

yes the your right about the extending jab thing..and i agree your head and chin is up way to high..oh and your arms r way to spread apart..work on it..you look pretty fast tho
