      Quinoa is great. I believe it is 14% protein, and comtains most of your neccesary amino acids, and tons of nutrients.

      If you want to cook it, you can buy it at most grocery stores. I k now Whole foods, Trader Joes, and A&P fresh all carry it.

      Soak it for an hour or two then cook in a rice cooker. all set.

      CousCous is just pasta, stay away from it if you can.

      I love John Berardi's stuff. And there isn't any quackery to it. just no nonsense information.
