Your training will improve and you will feel like a bulging maniac because you wont be releasing all of your testosterone but that **** is a straight up MYTH. Hector Camacho Sr. was a straight up womanizer!!! It never affected his boxing. He wasn't a hall of famer but he was a skilled fighter, who was pretty damn good if i might add.

You can worry about chicks when you hit puberty.....for now just train hard

IMO, sex is good for you. Good sex with a hot girl improves your confidence. Confidence helps you step in and beat the hell out of someone.

The only downside I can see is, a lot of guys spend time chasing tail (or watching ****) when they should be training. Me, I'm married to a hot chick. So my biggest concern sexually is getting enough sleep to be able to train as hard as I should. I've lost nearly 40 lbs since I started boxing, plus my cardiovascular endurance is the best it's ever been -- do the math for what that's done for the ol' marriage bed, guys. The other concern is, it's really hard to get out in the mornings for roadwork when you have to peel a hot little redhead off of you.

Sex can actualy increase testosterone production because it will cause your brain to release a "feel good" hormone which will increase your testostrone production. What you should not do is a bust a nut before a fight cause you will feel lathargic

i hit puberty along timr ago its not my fault that yo9 uguys didnt grow no hair on yo nuts until you turned 19 and im 14 and i bet i get more girls than all yall put together especially considering this is what you guys do all day post stuff on the internet
