  • Need Help Love Handles!!!!

    ive been constantly working out 4 months strait and i lost 25 pounds and 6 percent body fat by running my ass off 4 to 6 miles daily, resistance training 3 to 4 times a week, and sit up daily (roughly around 250 different variations), i just stated sprints and interval training the last couple of days, and the most important ingredient a CLEAN DIET.

    MY QUESTION IS my stomach is flat now (thank God) but my lower back / both sides are not tight, i cant say its love handles its just not tight like the rest of my body, i need a exercise to target that area? any suggestions?????

    Since you are doing everything right, my only guess is that you lost too much weight too fast and got some extra skin. But I am not sure about that.

    What is this most likely is some water under your skin. You got body that just does not like to give up most of it's water(due to intense working out).
    So watch your sodium.

    Edit: be sure to get like one gallon of water per day.

      thanx for the feed back.

      yeah i just start sprints up hill and interval training, i will stick to that. ill give an update in about 4 weeks.. thanx again...


      side note to everyboby: if anyone whats to lose weight RUN, RUN, RUN, and then RUN some more it works
