    LOL! You didn't discouage me... Not at all... I'm good... Loving the way feel... Never get tired... Got a few of my drinking out of shape friends trying to get in shape... Even got one trying to box now... Oh and my girl is hot... And she loves the weight loss... The goal is to give her a six pack to lick... LOL! Sorry I forgot you were 16 for a sec... Disregard the last couple of statements I made...

          If any of you take protein shakes of any kind, do you take them on "off" days? Or days you aren't training... Take in to account I'm not trying to gain weight...

            i drink one after i get home from the gym every day and i put 10g of glutamine into it. u gotta get at least 1 gram for every pound of bodyweight inside u. no this doesnt make u gain weight. u need all the amino acids to rebuild ur torn muscles and if ur workin out hard that much protein wont make u gain unneccsary mass.

              ey does hydroxycut work? would u reccomend it? im trying to get down to 160s' for wrestling, weighing about 172-173 right now...
              i've never lost a significant amound of weight, i know 10-12 pounds aint a lot, but its some weight.
              another thing,is it akward that i havent grown much since frosh year? 9th grade i was about 180, im gonna be a senior next year and have actually declined in weight to 172, yet am a lot physically stronger...

                I wouldn't suggest it for you... It's not really for someone who is as light as you and only trying to lose about 10 pounds... Just cut your calories and hit the road...
