Okay, so, I've become infatuated with becoming a boxer. I've taken the steps to start getting in shape, however I'm curious as to what the right steps are to creating what I want. I want to lose quite a bit of weight and start tacking on times two the muscle, but I want to be fast, I don't like sluggish fighters. I've started running again, I used to do six miles a day, I currently just lift dumbells and haven't stepped into the gym yet.
What in your opinions would be the best way to go about continuing my training?
