    Weight for sparing gloves?

    I'm thinking of getting some new sparing gloves but i dnt know which weight to get it's either 16oz or 18oz. I currently use 14's and there way to small so which weight do you think i should get.

      16oz is what we use to spar

      A good size so that you can train AND spar with them

        14 to small, Unless i can seriously taking a punch you must be joking, I tink there plenty big and never really get hurt

          We use 16oz during spar, and I use 16oz for bag too.

            16oz work good thats what we have to use for sparring and some people are allowed to use 14oz if their REALLY good at pulling their punches
