me (a beginner) on the heavy bag, please post some advice!

    haha yea i agree with you... i've always been skinny and have a fast ass metabolism which sucks but i can't help it. i was thinking if i train and stuff muscle would come naturally.

    and thanks for the honest advices so far guys, i guess my first priority is moving around more

      lol it's better you have a fast metabolism than a slow one. I eat **** for a week or so and i can see myself getting fat lol.
      Not bad for a beginer, just get to a gym where they will teach you the stuff videos and books cant.

                Work on one thing at a time, turn your wrist as you're about to hit the bag so that your fist is horizontal, it'll help lock your elbow when you strike, because your jabs are landing with your fist vertical on the bag.

                      honetly...your hitting it like your trying to look cool. if your gonna hit it like that, then do atleast six punches, fast and hard.
