Right now I weigh 154 and I stand at 6'1 to 6'2 (age 15 if that even matters), but I want to get back down to 140 and get cut with lifting weights and doing whatever else to 'put money in the bank.'
im 6'2 162 and no fat on me, all muscle, you gotta be 6'1, I can't imagine what kind of a advantage you'd have at 141lb class, i cant even lose weight to get to 152 anymore, I dont know how you can get down to 140 at 6'1, but god bless you.
Don't be ******, kid. You are growing right now and when you grow it is normal to gain weight. The only thing you should concentrate is training and a good, rich diet, don't even think of starving yourself at this age, you are going through puberty and growth, so use all of your growing potential.
Edit: and if you decide to starve yourself, be wary that you will have a lot of problems with well...everything.

At 15 you should NOT be dieting with your physique. I don't believe that you should be dieting at 40 with your physique.
Eat. Train. Run. Lift. Eat more. If you get big and strong, then so much the better; there is great satisfaction to be taken in knocking your opponents through walls.
And FWIW, I once heard a girl talking about a guy I know who is 6'2 and 145-150.
She said sleeping with him was, and I quote: "Like ****ing a bag of antlers."
