That is pretty pathetic, in my opinion. This kid is going to be sheltered. He will probably be a ****** till 25, this is pretty sad, IMO.

My cousin was sheltered like this and he turned out to be a **** up. One day, he just got up and left his house (He was 18 at hte time), moved 16 hours a day and holds a menial job making 15 bucks an hour while he was probably the smartest dude in the family...i mean this dude is smaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaart!!

My other cousin was sheltered like this too and she turned out to be a major party animal/hippy now. Smokes the bud every day.

dude i dont think they were dissing mma for the way they fight but more of the way they train my two freinds do mma and there training is for ******* its not full contact and they barely hit each other i mean my freinds are afraid of me and of sparring and they are suppose to be boxers and other styles... i just think boxing is the hardest trained sport out there, but everyone overlooks boxing in our world to day trying to find a sport more brutal and more real than boxing take the ufc for example. they try to make that bigger than boxing bu tin reality boxing pushes you to the limit, not the limit of just yourself but also in mankind itself anyone who wants to be great hasto work for it and work hard, this sport really kicks ur ass and i dont beleive theres a bigger challenge out there.

boxing would be a good wake up call for him. what are his parents thinking that makes football a bad thing. growing up playing football, basketball, martial arts, is like a right of passage.

unharmonious, huh? remind them that balance is harmony and too much sheltering is creating an unbalanced situation.

                i can certainly understand that!

personally, i loved the old school football that i used to play as a teenager: no helmuts, no wraps, no pads. now that is ****ing football. i've sent a few people home limping holding their ribs.

your in canada right? you guys played like that too?

Happened to me today.. except the kid asking is a pathological kid.. so after I told him I boxed he had to tell me how the UFC was recruiting him.. and that he has 100% confident in his standup game and all they need to teach him is ground-n-pound. Mind you, he told me he's going to start "UFC'ing" instead of MMA and was being recruited by "UFC".. thinking UFC was an organization that brought fighters into MMA or something. Man, some kids.
