How do you have yours set up?
My mate gave me his and with out asking, I naturally set it up rather 'loosely' so I get more of a movement out of it. I figured (rightly or wrongly?) that would be more beneficial for coordination and timing.
However, I look around on youtube and my local gym (which I can't train at) and they all have them tight to the point they barely move.
Which is the correct set up?
