I have next to no fat on anywhere else on my body, exept my gut. When I say I have next to no fat anywhere else, I mean it, I'm 5'10" and weight 132lb's, all muscle no fat, so how do I get rid of the fat around my abs? what exersizes?

    Cheers

Yeah it's just frustrating, I have always been active and fit, been racing motorbikes for 7 years, and have always been the same, by that I mean no fat anywhere but my abs, I have always worked out and do situps with 10kg's on my chest, but still have no abs lol, you can kinda just make them out when looknig at the right angle

Sit ups, leg raises, side crunches and torso twists are good exercises for building abs

Diet is the key to losing fat, not even running, it is all in the diet.

And the first of it is carbs, try not to eat carbs after 7pm(I presume you go to sleep at 11) and the carbs that you eat should mostly be the good carbs:wholewheat bread, brown rice, oatmeal, etc...

Second of all is drinking plenty of water, sometimes what we think is fat is actually lots of water because we, ourseleves, do not get enough of it, the organism holds on to whatever water it can get.

Good for you then, but there is also something called genetics, I could eat nothing but pizza and wash it down with coke and I would still have 6 pac.
Because in your case it means that running is enough for you lyposinthesis to burn off whatever excess fat you got, you lanky bastard.
But in his case, it's different.
