Can anyone tell me a good combination of punches? and how to do a left hook? sorry but im new at all of this..it seems like when i punch with my left its a jab..and whenever i punch my punching bag all i do is right left right, or left right left right( i dont kno the special terms for everything). thanks,im 14, and ive been liftin weights and runnin for 3 years, so im realy toned. all friends keep encouragein me to box, so i thought yall could help

Nobody can teach you anything over the internet. Go to a gym and learn the basics, that's the only way you'll figure anything out.

Honestly man, no, no one can really teach you to punch over the internet. Is that what you're asking?

well get you mum or dad 2 pay for you to go the gym it is only £2 a time 2time a weeks so 4 quid isnt goin the breake the bank is it

$65 ha f*** off what gym boxing gym have you been going to lol do you mean $65 to use a proper gym(weights ect) cus its defo aint that much to use a boxing gym

we dont have boxing gyms here all we have is worlds gym and golds gym..this is really ****in ******, this is a forum about boxing, but nobody wants 2 help???sumthins ****ed up here. ay trick can u tell me some combos 2 try, u seem like the only decent person here
