You've certainly come to the right place, here at Bodybuilding.com!

You need to do two things:

    1. Train 3 extra sets on the flabby side.

    2. get a straw. Drink your protein shake through your left nostril. This will help stimulate muscle development in the left side of your body.

    It works!!!!

      hahaha

I mean no disrespect to the OP, because this isn't really directed at him:

But what the **** has happened to the training lounge? These last few weeks I've barely even read anything on here because there's so much crap on here now.

Not necessarily weird. Strength is based on a lot more than just muscle mass. For instance coordination (strength is a skill, according to Pavel Tsatsouline), and the amount of motor units actually working.

Same here i think it's because your weaker arm is forced to keep up with your stronger one therefore meaning it has to build more muslce to compensate.

Yeah your not going to get much help here. But I kinda have the same problem. Ive looked into it and tryed many different things but at the end of the day its just genetics. Any time your body itsnt symmetric it will effect looks but no matter what you do, you cant change your genetic make up.

Use dumbells instead of a bar or smiths machine. Free weights will enusre that both sides of the body are exerting equal force. Using a bar, you'll always tend to push/pull more with the dominant side as fatigue kicks in. I used to lift heavily for about 4+ straight so I certainly know about one side getting bigger and more defined than the other.

My left nut is bigger than the other one. Anyone have any suggestions?

                  haha

But ya, I second the dumbbell idea, that should ensure you're training both sides equally. Although on a benchpress it shouldn't really be a problem, the weight would make it hard to emphasize one hand, unless it's ALOT stronger.

It's quite true on bench press also. Notice people in the gym doing heavy lifting next time. When they start straining, you'll see one side push up higher than the other.

Once people get past the benching numbers for bragging right, the benefits of dumbless are even greater at a higher weight. Picking up 100lbs dumbells and doing incline press is much more difficult and exhausting than doing the equivalent or even more weight on a barbell.

You develop balance, coordination and work your stabilizing muscles when using dumbells. The staright bar is obviously more impressive to witness and feels better since you can do more weight

I'd say a mix of both is ideal. Do dumbells one week and barbell the next.
