      Everyone wants to be slimmer & add muscle. If you're lean its pretty much impossible without juicing. Try the metabloc diet & be sure to pick up the book Grapplers Guide To Sports Nutrition. Tells you the 21 superfoods & how to eat etc... i will recommend you see a dietician/nutrtionist - ive never been as lean, strong etc. than when i had a professional specifically write a diet for me - but he was a body builder & knew jack about fighting.

                Dr. John Berardi once wrote there is no such thing as a bad food, just bad timing. He's an advocate of only consuming carbs post workout.
