    I was just wondering what everyone else does for a preworkout routine as in your preworkout meal and supplementation,and ways to gain energy for the punishment ahead

    i drink 3 cups of water and eat a small bowl of brown rice and veggies about an hour and fifteen minutes before i workout. nothing too big jus a small little meal so by the time i get to the gym i can use the carbs for energy.

          I usually dont eat anything for at least an hour before I go to the gym , the meal I have is usually roast chicken and rice.
