    do training with weighted bag gloves on the heavy bag, help or hurt?

    it may improve your speed but do u think it will it make ur combinations sloppier?

    not if u throw them with perfect form and technique. i use the weighted bag gloves from ringside and i personally thought they were great for improvements in punch speed, and maybe even slight power too.

      I always use 16oz gloves on the bag,and when I used to take them off,(this has been years)and use 12oz gloves my combos were crisp and got to the target really fast and accurate

        It may make your combos sloppy while using the weighted gloves at first, but if you put on lighter gloves it will make your combos tighter and faster and stronger. Like SK said make sure your using good form and technique, build your muscle memory...And it will help, not hurt
