Lol it looks like once of those adverts for "dieting supllements". Take 2 pills and you look this different overnight. Shows a picture of a fat old man and then a young 21 year old stud wearing Y -fronts.

Diet and exercise. It's hard but it's simple. I went from 205 to 175, my cholesterol dropped from 320 to 225, my resting heart rate from 75 to 49, and my BP is the lowest it's ever been that my doctor of 15 years can tell. I'm now walking around at 175 but I'm much more defined than in that pic. Bigger arms, slimmer waist, thicker back. That's me in the red headgear in my avy knocking that other dude -- who's also 175 -- around.Last edited by fraidycat; 06-15-2007, 01:59 AM.

I actually am 6'4". the only problem I see is my midsection. I have a lil bit of a gut and love handles. I really hope I can get rid of those.

You didn't mention how tall you are, but at 252lbs, if you're not at least 5'10, from this moment on, you gotta discipline yourself. That means NO MORE donuts, soda, Mikey D's, etc, and your body will start to burn fat AFTER you've spent some energy. Then the body automatically goes to it's "stored fats", or "Complex-Carbohydrates". In other words do strenuous work outs FIRST! After about 30-40 minutes of strenuous activity, THEN will you begin to burn calories/fat!
So save the cardio for LAST! Not before, you'll only be using your enegry, but not burn fat, and wearout faster.
Now that you have the motivation...stay the coarse. It will get worse before it gets better. Take your body PAST your comfort zone.
DRINK PLENTY OF WATER!
