sometimes theres some rubbish on here. sometimes threads are easily answered questions. sometimes people just want to share the way they are training. I think in such an individual sport such as boxing, where you have no team to back you up or train with you entirely - its good to have somewhere to ask questions, that you don't want to ask your trainer or sparring partners or gym buddies.
I like training and nutrition and i've learnt a few things here too. Not tons, but i've learnt things and enjoyed trying new stuff out.

Generally the threads i avoid are the ones about lifting weights and improving the way your body looks instead of the way it fights/functions and all that stuff. i reckon that stuff is a waste of time. Like the "i can't get a 6 pack" threads.
