  • Training Tips?

Hey, I was wondering if anyone had any good training tips or any good workouts that they use to train. I used to wrestle in high school but went to college for a year and kind of lost my interest to workout. I'm home for the summer though and and looking into finding a gym to join to learn how to box because i would really like to join the club boxing team at Penn State(thats where I go) any training tips or nutrition tips would be highly appreciated.

Sorry mikey p, some people don't know how to be polite. Welcome to the forum matey.

As for training tips - you'll find loads. What exact things are you trying to improve on?

Haha, that did make me chucke.

To the OP, you'd have to be more specific, 'tips on boxing' is pretty broad...

eat "clean"..Look up on google what that means if you dont know. Learn the basics RIGHT in the beginning. Get a trainer to teach you how to throw punches and than practice it the right way.
