cool man i think you did well. from the age of 15 to 18 there are huge physical gains, well done for gettin in there with the older stronger guy.

      few things i noticed...

u were really head hunting.. work the two levels.. body shots are great value in the amateurs

when you threw the one-two you got really upright. takes alot of leverage off the punch and you were more open to counters.

you'll get heaps of good advice on here. ignore the tossers

      once more well done!

You could have beat this guy easily.. You should have jabbed more...

I try not to stress it because its a KNOWN secret but Jabbing is just as important as Running.. people just don't know that even though they do. Lets keep that between us

forget your physique. forget the jab forget it all for just a second. Get down into the depths of why you are fighting.
It's in your head man. You seemed to have lost that fight in your head. You waited when you should have thrown some leather. That doesn't mean go out and shoot wildly. It means. use your head. He stood there for the taking on many occaisons. Your jab yeah would have backed him up off those body shots. would have set up some combo's Would have won the fight You started with it what made you stop? Again your mind win the mental game you win the fight.

I would try to keep my right foot from being flat-footed. Try being on the ball of this foot. You will be able to move and change directions more effectively. Somebody already mentioned it but you need to work the body some more. Also, it looks like you are just moving backward and forward. Try moving to the side every so often when evading punched, not just backwards.

I thought it looked pretty close. Good job. Did they let you know the score by rounds or anything? I'd be curious to hear the breakdown.

Aside from whats been said you might try to work on using more head movement and slipping some punches. That would make it easier for you to get the body shots in too.
