        Seen these on TV.

I figure they are just as good as a regular push up.

You guys are way too eager to buy into gimmics.

it helps reduce stress on your joints, and relieves the tension on the wrists which is a plus.

its not a gimic look it up man...and read the reviews for the thing or try a pair at sports store...these ****s are hard to do! because they build up your stabilizers thats why people who do regular push ups have trouble doing this with ease because it forces you to keep your balance cause the thing swivels.

it was invented by some navy seal guy.

and how does it do that? You still put 100% of your weight on your wrists. Its a gimmic, no different than the thigh master.

whatever your loss...i dont buy into those gimmick ****s like thigh master lol.

why are you calling something a gimmick when you have no idea what it does or how it works? did you even bother reading the page or watching the video? stop being ignorant man.

and try a pair if they have them at the sporting goods store or department store around your area you will pick some up and your chest, triceps, biceps, shoulders will be sore as hell after trying a workout thats no joke either.

I bet you anything when you first try it you will be shaking or trembling like a mofo that shows that your stabilizers are weak.

****, get em for the placebo effect, just the fact that you spent some money on em will make you want to put em to use and youll be doing more pushups than before.
