today i was at the gym and i always go 9 rounds on the bag but today i managed to step to the side the whole time, moved faster, and kept pressure on the bag. i was amazed at myself, i could have never done this a few months ago. this was my toughest workout to date. but on my last round, i started feeling warm inside, and started getting goose bumps or something. it was a strange feeling and i felt like i could go longer than normal. i think i'm ready to spar. my stamina has improved greatly.
i don't know if i caught my second wind though or if it even exists, but something happened, and i suddenly felt like i had a boost.
