When i'm running, i keep to a steady pace and run for about 20-25 minutes. I get tired and i get a good sweat on, and i'm breathing real heavy. Although i'm not entirely physically spent.
What my question is... as an amateur fighter...
would it be better to keep running to a steady pace like this or...
would it be better for me to sprint and push myself hard, really physically exerting myself for 2 minutes and giving myself a minutes rest - as i would in an amateur bout, instead of running for longer at a steady pace without rest-bite??
I'm wondering whether any of you guys do this method??
