Hey for all of you out there trying to become better fighters, starting monday
Im am going to record my entire days training from morning to night, everyone record at least once a weak and at the end of a 6 week period record yourself 1 last time and see how much you have improved and finally will have a poll of who trained the hardest and who increased the most... If you r interested leave a post, and record on a day u feel good... it will make **** more fun and entertaining. This is like the contest for getting on shape except it concentrates more on boxing then fitness and we could prolly learn a lot from everyones training regimen.
