    Is possible to put on a lil muscle, and get cut.. in 6 weeks?

    yes but it depends on your body type.

    if your a mesomorph it should be easy with the right diet and supplements.

    you gotta get enough protien as much as you weigh and reduce carbs...you could put like 4 pounds of muscle on in 6 weeks without steroids.

    but you got to do heavy lifts like squats, clean jerks, pull ups they help you pack on muscle stick to compound movements.

    i cant get big cause im ectomorph and have a fast metabolism and i eat like a hog.

      Check out Domain with the science! Ectomorph and mesomorphs! I haven't heard that stuff since i was at school.

      Domains got a good point, its down to your particular body.

      Then again, its worth a try isn't it? Whats the worse that can happen?

          Than its not that hard, you just need a right nutrition and a right exercise program.

              4lb of muscle in 6 weeks is not possible. Please dont listen to domain. You could put on 4lb but not of muscle. Putting on muscle and cutting do not go hand and hand. In order to build muscle, you need to consume more calories than you burn, consequently, this is also the same way you get fat.

              You might be able to put on 4lb of muscle in 4 months, but not 6 weeks. If it was that easy, body builders wouldnt spend a life time getting as big as they are.

                  You can cut in 6 weeks, depends on what your body is like right now though. You wont be able to drop 50lb of fat in 6 weeks, but you could get rid of probably 10lb of fat if you worked your ass off.

                    Mc. seems you got all the correct tips already. just keep training..lift a lil heavier on your arms... but do reps also.. that will balance out.

                    Or you could take my approach and just lots of pull-ups.. push-ups.. and running.
