aerobic work aka long distance running/jogging is garbage. It teaches your body to go for longer and do more work, using less energy. You want to use MORE energy to burn off the fat. Simple, really.

i replaced milkewith soy milk
reg milk 0g fiber 13 g sugar
soy milk 4g fiber 1 gram sugar
i eat soy beans, lentils, sauerkraut, buffalo instead of beef, spinach, lots of turkey or pork
i use special low carb tortillas whenever i want to eat a bread product
instead of a sub roll that has 35-40 carbs and 15g sugar you an get a tortilla wrap that has only 14g of carbs and 7 g of fiber
sugar free oatmeal in the morning
i got a 6-pack in 6 months
