I'm stepping up my cardio and my protein intake but I still can't lose my gut.I have more muscle than i would like especially my shoulders.Is there a way to lean out wihout doing speed or coke?
it takes a long time bro thats the first place men get fat and thats the last place they start burning it...thats why youll notice that guys can have cut arms but still have fat on their stomach. just be patient and continue your cardio... youll notice it slowly going away.
ive got to agree with the above posts, I can look lean in most places very easily but its a pain to shift that last bit off the stomach.. oh to be naturally athletic!
sit at home and eat little debbie cakes after every commercial. WHATEVER you do don't run. make sure to mix your greens with a lil bread and chocolate syrup... WALK as little as possible...Stay away from the toliet... Pepsi is a must...get about 6 movies a week and watch them throughout the week...but on sunday you find someone who's making Sunday dinner... preferebly black home.
Eat a bag of truffle hersey kisses every night b4 bed. and make sure to have lots of red lobster cheddar biscuits everyday..
