    Some Q's

    K Im 6"1, 180lbs and got a slight pop belly . I've recently gotten into boxing and got myself a heavy bag that I work on regularly, and changed my diet a bit. I may be interested in fighting soon (im 16) but for now I jus wanna tone myself over the summer. Also I find myself jus hitting the bag w/o any type of structure. So if anyone has any ab tips/exercises or heavy bag workouts i'd appreciate it.
