The bag is shaped to where the stuffing doesn't get hard at the bottom, you can deliver big punches and there's minimal impact on the wrist area. This is a great bag to have at your house, maybe that's why it's out of stock atm. I ordered this one from Title Boxing and they mailed me the Everlast version of the bag, which IMO is a better bag -

The Everlast version is priced at 150 with the one I ordered priced at 99...It features six chains instead of the four, on the title boxing version. When I hit this bag hard there's no impact on the wrist at all, and the stuffing doesn't sink to the bottom. This is definately the best heavy bag I've ever worked, then again I've only been to one boxing gym and the bags there weren't all that. they had a nice 100 lb bag that seemed to have the stuffing evenly distributed even though I'd **** it, but the 150-200lb bag had the stuffing all the way in the bottom of it and it was hard as a rock. This bag is better than that 100lb bag I loved at my gym because you work the uppercuts in your combination in on it and finish with a cross and this mother****er flies, with minimal wrist impact. Easy on the joints. Highly recommended.
