That's what I get for acting tough...

We were boxing at my friend's house just body shots because we have no headgear. My friend Albert had a speed advantage over me and could punch pretty hard, I let him punch me as hard as he could like 30 times in the chest. My chest started burning like I was getting my air ko'd out of me, then he finally stopped. I threw a right hook to his body, but right before I threw it he put his elbow down to block but it hit the **** out of my forearm. When he hit my forearm my arm felt like I had just got shocked. Happened twice, right now I have a few bruises on my chest, 2 on my forearm and I can't even flex my biceps cause of all the punches I let him get in. My back is sore right now too, that's what I get for being ****** .

My forearm I got bowed with hurts like a *****, when I try to flex it, it feels weak.

why would you let yourself get hit in the chest 30 times? i can't figure this part out. that is what you meant by acting tough, right?

i love body only sparring. did you do it without gloves? i don't use gloves for that kind of sparring - so while getting hit doesn't bother me much anyways, i would still never let someone hit me repeatedly in the same spot over and over again.

Son of a *****, I took off my shirt right now and I've got large bruises on both biceps, and my chest. My lats are also sore. I'm the one out of my friend's that is the tough one, the one that can carry 4 people on their back during tackle football, the one that can man handle anyone in the post, ya know what I'm talking about? I gotta keep my rep. up as being the tough one. Him punching me in the chest 30 times started when he connected with two punches, they didn't hurt so I flexed my chest and he kept on punching as hard as he could. Next time I'm not gonna mess around with him, he's too big to **** around with in boxing.

We were sparring with 16 oz. gloves, but damn the accumulation of punches gets to you especially when you get hit as much as I did.

I'm a sort of big guy for my age, I'm 16 years old 6'0 with a 260 bench and I beefed up to 190lbs. (used to be in the low 170's).

My friend Albert is like my twin (same height, same weight, same speed, same build) except his skin is white and he can bench in the low 300's.

I can't flex my pecs, my forearms, my biceps, my lats, the only thing I can flex are my calves and my ****en ass cheeks.

I hate sparring with just body shots, cause the other person knows they can go in there and not worry about getting decked in the face. I'm more of a pure boxer, but at the same time I can still brawl cause I've got a hard right hand. The boxer I'm most likely comparable with is Marco Antonio Barrera, he can throw nice combos not really aggressive but when you hit him he will hit you back.

y r u sparring with ur friends instead of sparring in a gym under trainers supervision with proper gear where u limit ur chances of getting hurt? playin football and bein able to box out and manhandle when ur runnin ball isnt the same as boxing. bein tough football field and basketball court isnt the same as bein tough in the ring. bein tough in the ring means fightin smart and NOT getting hit, but instead hitting the other guy as much as possible until he cant go on, no need to show off to ur boys man u gots to be careful ya know sounds like u got pretty ****ed up there.

It was just for fun, last day of school and we felt like knockin off. I don't do that stuff in the ring though, I'm smarter than that.

well thats good. jus be careful ya know u might get hurt and be out of practice for a while. one time when i was young me and my boy were sparring in the yard (we both box) and i hit him with a hook on the temple and he fell into the fence and sliced his back open and was out of training for like close to 2 months. we never did that **** again, only in the ring. i know its fun and **** to mess around wit ur boys jus dont let them wale at ur chest 30 times if u do it lol
