  • Advantages over one another

Hill work and general jogging. Which one has more advantages, what one should i do more and what one is more likely to greatly increase my stamina. I would either go out and do a few hill sprints, push myself to do 5 maybe cause im so unfit atm and my stamina is bad or i would go out for a 2 mile jog. I know its not a lot but which one should i do more or should i just do one or the other or what??

Hill workout,I do hill workouts and time my self in 3 miles in running,so if I did really good on a time 1 day I gotta improve it better the next. And once I get too good at those times and dont get tired then I increase my time from previous to at least 5 seconds.

So you do both at once.. are you actualy a machine like?? lol. Il only be able to do one in a medium amount at the moment or both in short amounts. I would like to just fill the stamina bar right up quickly but its going to take time lol. I prefer hill work, its more explosive and it doesnt take as long but works you more. I should really do both shouldn't i??

I just run miles... I relax and pull each mile in at 7 mins...(just to go the whole 12 rounds.)

push it to 6 if ya wanna lose more and 5-5:30 if ya wanna imitate sprints. (for those flurry moments)

Works for me and cuts fat off my body so easily.

Ran 6 today on a tready though.. so i cheated to know my calorie burn.

I do both,it depends on my mood which I would do that day.hill will get u tired more.So i would suggest that if u wanna get really tired. But now I run on flat ground and run 2 miles either on a track or street, and my times have to be in a certain range. If I feel like im not going to make my time,I sprint it out. Therefore making me more tired.
